For customers who require multiple of the same custom designed item.
A one-time fee. We will work with you to design your item, discuss materials, and obtain final approval prior to beginning of order.
After approval of any custom designed item, if you would like to make changes in design, material, size, etc. will be subject to a fee.
A total of half (1/2) the dollar amount of the total batch price will need to be paid prior to the start of order,
For customers who supply their own items that they would like to be customized.

**We cannot guarantee the quality of customer supplied items due to the variation of materials from different manufacturers. Customers understand the risks of using materials not supplied from Folsomade Designs and accept said risks of damage to item**
