Return and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of personalized items we are unable to issue a refund. If you are not completely satisfied with your item please contact us and let us know what did not meet your standards. We will be happy to work with you to figure out a resolution.

We will send you a draft/proof of of your product or design before completing to the production process to assure that the item that you receive is exactly how you envisioned it. Please address any concerns with the draft/proof prior to agreeing to move forward with the process.

 Please note that once a custom item is given final approval by you any changes to the design or materials will be subject to a fee.
